Just a quick note about the road closures on Sunday, April 14.

The South Beach Triathlon passes by our front door – the MacArthur Causeway. It benefits Save the Children and is one of the US’s most recognized athletic events. Over 2000 participants are expected and it’s pretty tough! Especially the International Distance version (there is a shorter Classic Distance):

•  A .93 mile swim
• 24.25 mile bike
• 6.2 mile run

It will especially affect our islands on MacArthur Causeway between 7:10AM-9:45AM (westbound) and 7:35AM-10:35AM (eastbound). You can download the entire traffic advisory here.
