On April 7th at 7:30 pm the Hibiscus utilities overhead to underground conversion Zoom conference meeting was held with about 54 participants including:

• Minsa Samadi and David Gomez from City of Miami Beach
• Chanda Young, Theresa Miller, Carlos Henao,  and Francisco Cantero from FPL
• Lou Xavier and Carlos Garcia from Oce Group Electricians
• HOA Board President Ian Kaplan and Pierre De Agostini from our PHS
• and more than 40 homeowners
