PHS 2025 Town Hall & Wine Tasting Recap

Board President Chris Torto opened the Town Hall by welcoming Mayoral candidates Mayor Steven Meiner and Commissioner Kristin Rosen Gonzalez, along with Sgt. Llamoca and Officer Cabanas (Marine Patrol). Chris briefly outlined the Association’s key 2025 advocacy initiatives before turning the evening over to residents, encouraging everyone to mingle, connect, and engage directly with the candidates, MBPD officers, and Board members.

The Association extends its appreciation to François Patanchon, owner of Pamplemousse On the Bay (910 West Ave), who treated guests to lobster rolls, ahi tuna ceviche, and mini smashed beef sliders. Residents also enjoyed tasting their French Merlot and Sauvignon Blanc, while Delphine Révillon poured her namesake Champagne, which is on offer at Pamplemousse On the Bay.
