The PHS Islands Association mailed a letter and security preference ballot to each Palm & Hibiscus property owner on April 9, using mailing address labels provided for this purpose by the Miami Dade County Special Taxing Districts Division, which manages Palm Island guard house security.

Please note that only one preference ballot can be submitted per household and that the deadline for submission is 5pm on Friday, April 29, 2022. Preference ballots can be mailed to the PHS Association at 152 Palm Avenue, dropped off in a sealed envelope at the Palm Island guard house or emailed to hello@palmhibiscusstarislands.org.

The PHS Security Committee and Executive Director will open, count and validate the preference ballots. The results will be announced to the community by email on Monday, May 2.
